If you know Mike and I well you know that he has six beautiful girls in his family. Lauren is one of the cousins. Matt surprised her by getting down on one knee at a very special place to all of us, the family cottage. We’re all so excited to officially welcome Matt to the family!
A lot of the time close family and friends will hire a photographer and I get to just kick back at their weddings (which by the way is totally appreciated), however when Lauren and Matt approached me about doing their photos I was honored and excited! Lauren – being part of the ‘Evans’ clan, is so beautiful, and absolutely photogenic. I love shooting her and know that she’s going to be the most beautiful bride. And Matt….you ain’t so bad yourself. I hope you guys enjoy the engagement photos, can’t wait for your big day next summer. xo
Stacey and Jeff were married on Thanksgiving weekend. I am a big fan of fall weddings, the colors, and lack of sweat are always a treat, but when you book a fall wedding you really have to be prepared for any type of weather.
Stacey and Jeff couldn’t have asked for a nicer day – it was 25 degrees and sunny all day. The reception was at my fav venue in our area – OslerBrook Golf and Country Club – complete with turkey, stuffing and apple crumble!
Congratulations Stacey and Jeff, thank you for having me capture your special day!
Kim and Steve were married on October 1 in Collingwood. I recently had a baby girl (5 weeks ago) so this was my first wedding back since July. It was good to get back in the swing of things, and this was a great couple to start off the fall season with. It was a very chilly day, but thankfully – especially after enduring a terrible rainy fall day prior, the sun was shining. A laid back couple, fun bridal party, and awesome fall decor made the day complete!
Congratulations to Kim, Steve, and Lauren – you were already an amazing family, now it’s official!!
